Kinked my neck, this provided instant relief

After a nap I found I slept wrong and woke with a very tight and sore shoulder - neck. I decided to try the Muscle Relief roll on for the first time. I usually just use Magnesium spray, but this was surprisingly as strong - maybe better. I then chucked the roll on in my bag for the day out so I could reapply when the pain was too great. So good.
