Directions - Add to the correct amount of water for your diffuser.

For The bedroom:
Add 1-2 Drops for Newborns/Infants (keep well away from baby’s head)
Add 2-3 Drops Children
Add 4-6 Drops for Adults

For larger areas like the Living Room/Kitchen:
Add 5-7 Drops

Caution: Keep out of reach of children, if pregnant or under a doctor's care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears and sensitive areas.
