I brought this blend due to being a first time mum battling anxiety. I was skeptical but this blend has helped me immensely. The smell is absolutely divine too! This roller absolutely grounds me and helps me keep calm even with an unhappy screaming baby in public. Highly recommend this roller cause sometimes mummas need a bit of calm.
