DIY: Add 5-10 drops to a 10 mil roller and fill with your carrier oil of choice (we recommend coconut oil) and use on your chest and back for respiratory support 

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice 💨

Usage instructions:

For the bedroom:
- Newborns/Infants: Add 1-2 drops (ensure to keep it well away from the baby's head).
- Children: Add 2-3 drops.
- Adults: Add 4-6 drops.

For larger areas such as the living room or kitchen:
- Add 5-7 drops to your diffuser.

Remember to adjust the amount of essential oil based on the size of the room and personal preference. Enjoy the invigorating scents and create a soothing ambiance in your space!
